The Schwartz Center has two reporting requirements for organizations awarded grants.
1) While the program is being implemented, organizations must submit status reports to the Director of Programs every six months.
2) Six months after the completion of a program, organizations must submit a follow-up report to the Director of Programs. For a printable version (PDF) of the grant follow up survey click here or call 617-724-4746.
For multi-year projects, the Center requires yearly submission of status reports on the anniversary of the award. Ongoing funding decisions may depend on the success of the program.
Schwartz Center funds may only be used on the project for which they were intended. Any unused funds must be returned to the Center.
