Lynn Wiatrowski

 
 

Lynn Wiatrowski is Executive Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently serving as Specialized Industries Sales Performance Executive in Global Commercial Banking, with responsibility for setting strategy, and providing executive leadership support for Healthcare, Institutions, and Government Banking.  The business delivers broad-based financial services solutions nationally to healthcare, education, not-for-profit and government clients and represents $2.5 billion in revenue to the company, serving 14,000 clients with credit commitments now in excess of $80 Billion.  

A 30-year veteran of Bank of America and its legacy institutions, Ms. Wiatrowski’s banking career has included a variety of expanding leadership positions in commercial banking covering middle market as well as various industry specialties.  Previously, Ms. Wiatrowski was the Market Executive for Bank of America’s Northeast Healthcare & Institutions practice which is the model used to build out today's national business. A member of the Bank’s Not-for-Profit Investment Management Trust Committee, she is also a NASD Registered Principal with Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. 

Ms. Wiatrowski’s current philanthropic pursuits include: the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare, Citizen Schools, and the University of New Hampshire Foundation. She is past President of the Board of the Healthcare Financial Management Association which honored her in 2004 with the Frances Hernan Award for outstanding contributions to the field of healthcare; and again in 2009 with its Medal of Honor.  Ms. Wiatrowski resides in Boston’s Back Bay with her husband, Dr. Joren Madsen, a cardiac surgeon and Director of The Transplant Center at Massachusetts General Hospital.
