Ways to Acquire Outside Funding

First, make a strong case to senior management that the benefits of Rounds are multifold. If that fails:

• Try to find a food vendor that may be willing to provide the food either pro bono or at a discounted rate. Acknowledge their support with a tent card at the food table.

• Find a donor, either individual or corporate, that is interested in supporting the Rounds. This could even be a Board member. Talk to your Development Office to see if they can help with this.

• Ask attendees to bring a brown bag lunch and provide drinks and desserts for them.

• Ask the facilitator to donate his or her time or facilitate for a lower amount.
