The Schwartz Center will not be offering grant funding for the fiscal year 2015.

Schwartz Center grants have been funded by the unrestricted contributions of individuals, corporations and foundations. Since 1997, the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare has awarded more than $2 million in grants to fund innovative programs across the country.

Our grants have supported programs to improve the patient-caregiver relationship, including initiatives to enhance communication skills, cultural competency, spirituality and end-of-life care. In recent years, we have also funded projects that engaged patients and family members in educating care providers about the patient experience. This short video highlights some of those projects.
