Lisa Crane

Director of Individual and Foundation Giving

Lisa manages all aspects of the Schwartz Center’s fundraising efforts with local and national foundations, including research, grant writing and reporting, and cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding current and new funders. She has devoted the majority of her career to raising funds for human service organizations. Prior to joining the Schwartz Center, she worked in a similar capacity for eight years at The Home for Little Wanderers in Boston. Her passion is finding meaningful connections between donors and the Schwartz Center that allow both organizations to further their missions and make a difference.

Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middlebury College and a graduate certificate in publishing and communications from the Harvard University Extension School. Lisa lives in the Boston area with her husband and three children.
