The past few years have brought new urgency to supporting the well-being of the healthcare workforce, so that they can provide compassionate care to patients and families. The Schwartz Center’s work to prioritize healthcare workers’ well-being has been critical to preventing burnout and improving the patient experience. We also recognize the importance of celebrating healthcare workers so that they continue to feel valued and appreciated.
