Rev. Krista Gregory, MDiv, BCC, is the founder of the Center for Resiliency at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.  The center was established with the belief that the language and structure of medicine needs to transform to provide a sustainable setting for practitioners to counter burnout and increase personal and professional fulfillment. Krista is a Board Certified Chaplain who has worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years at the bedside with physicians, residents and healthcare professionals, both in adult and pediatric facilities.  She is a dynamic speaker, conference presenter, and thought leader in the field of wellness and resiliency for healthcare professionals.
