"This fund is near and dear to my heart as it highlights the driving force of the Schwartz Center: compassion. The Stanzler Fund provides a platform for organizations who otherwise could not access the Schwartz Center's evidence based training programs to bolster their workforce. The Marjorie Stanzler Fund (MSF) was established in 2015 to support health worker well-being by providing access to Schwartz Center programs to healthcare organizations that could otherwise not afford them.

Grants from the MSF help remove financial barriers for healthcare organizations to support their staff through the Schwartz Rounds® program, helping to stem the unprecedented rate of caregiver burnout in the U.S. today.
