  • A significant proportion of Medicaid-eligible patients and families
Do organizations have to be located in the U.S.?

Currently we are only accepting applications for organizations in the U.S.

What does the grant cover?

Recognizing the investment of staff resources at grant recipient organizations, the MSF grants provide membership and program support for three years during the initial award period. The initial grant will cover Schwartz Rounds onboarding as well as ongoing training and evaluation. Clinical leaders, facilitators, and program coordinators enroll in core training modules online, participate in training debrief sessions and work closely with Schwartz Center Membership Experience Advisors to address specific questions or concerns. Schwartz Center staff works with each organization to identify and assign facilitators from the organization and provide initial and ongoing facilitation training modules and workshops.

Grant recipients may reapply for renewed support every two years thereafter.

What is the grant lifecycle?

Grant recipients may reapply for renewed support every two years thereafter.

Each grant recipient organization is required to sign a Schwartz Center membership agreement and Schwartz Rounds addendum prior to membership. The membership start date is upon fully executed membership agreement and addendum.
