Emily Rogers is the Operations Manager for the Simulation Center at Children’s Minnesota.  Emily earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2016 and uses over 8 years of experience in healthcare, in both direct patient care and administration, to oversee the day to day operations of the Simulation Center. Prior to that she has worked in both the Clinical Ethics Department and Executive Office, supporting the Chief Medical Officer, at Children’s. Outside of her work in Simulation, Emily also Chairs the Schwartz Rounds program at Children’s, putting compassion at the heart of healthcare.
