Kelsey McLeod, MD

Pediatrics Resident, Cohen Children’s Medical Center

Kelsey McLeod is of Guyanese heritage, but her hometown is in Easton, PA. She received her BA in Psychology from Columbia University in 2014. She received her MD from the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in 2019. She is currently in her PGY1 year of her Pediatrics residency at the Cohen Children’s Medical Center in NY. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing violin, watching travel documentaries, reflective writing, and spending time with her loved ones. Over the years, she has gravitated towards various teaching and mentorship opportunities in her community through groups such as Health Leads and the Student National Medical Association (SNMA), amongst others. Her personal motto that she strives to live by is “to lift as you climb.”
