Pooja Rutberg, MD Pediatrician, Cambridge Health Alliance Clinical Instructor, Harvard Medical School Pooja Rutberg,M.D. is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and part of the Department of Pediatrics at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). Her clinical time is split between primary care pediatrics, newborn medicine, and refugee health assessments. She is the Pediatric Residency site director for MassGeneral Hospital for Children at CHA, and in this role has developed, implemented and assessed numerous curricula, receiving an award for teaching excellence. She co-tutors the Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Integrated Clerkship Developing Physician course which uses the arts and humanities as key tools for students to explore their professional identity formation, cultivate empathy and compassion, and learn how to give bad news. She recently completed the inaugural CHA-Harvard Macy fellowship in Art Museum-based Health Professions Education, and is involved in developing art museum-based curricula for the MGH pediatric residents and CHA faculty.
